- It’s 200 g. of mince pork
- You need 150 g. of Prawn
- Prepare 3 cloves of Garlic
- You need 2 pc of Coriander root
- It’s 1/2 tsp. of Black pepper corn
- You need 2 tbsp. of Soy sauce
- Prepare 1/4 tsp. of Salt
- It’s 1/2 tbsp. of Corn starch
- You need 1 of Egg white
- You need 1/4 tsp. of Sesame oil
- It’s 4 pc of Spring onion
- Prepare 50 g. of Carrot
- It’s 30 pc of Wonton sheet
- It’s of 🟡crispy Garlic
- Prepare 9 cloves of Garlic
- Prepare 1/4 cup of vegetable oil
- You need of 🟡Spicy dipping sauce
- It’s 6 pc of Chili
- It’s 7 tbsp. of Sugar
- Prepare 10 tbsp. of Vinegar
- It’s 3 tsp. of Salt
- It’s 150 ml. of Water
- Prepare 3 tbsp. of Black Soy sauce
- You need 6 pc of Chili
Step to make Easy Dumpling |Shrimp Pork Dumpling with Spicy Dipping Sauce •Kanom Jeeb •:
- Chopped Garlic fry low heat with vegetable oil until crispy • pound garlic + pepper corn + coriander root
- Marinate filling with all seasoning below and mix it well
- Place mixture in wonton sheet use water seal and close as shown • cook dumpling in boiling water cooking trick when water boil add room temperature water and bring it to boil again repeat 3 times • remove dumpling and mix with garlic oil
- Boil and reduce Sugar + vinegar + salt + water + black soy sauce • chopped chili and add in sauce • Done..!!😋😋 before serve add crispy garlic on top of dumpling
