The Ingredients needed to make Middle Eastern Flatbread with Zaatar seasoning:
  1. It’s of flat bread
  2. You need 1 cup of water heated to 110 degrees
  3. You need 2 1/4 tsp of dry active yeast
  4. You need 1/2 tbsp of molasses
  5. It’s 3 cup of flour
  6. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of salt
  7. You need 2 tbsp of olive oil
  8. It’s of zaatar
  9. Prepare 1/4 cup of sumac seasoning
  10. You need 3 tbsp of turkish oregano
  11. It’s 3 tbsp of thyme
  12. It’s 1 1/4 tsp of sea salt
  13. It’s 2 tbsp of sesame seeds
  14. You need 1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Step to make Middle Eastern Flatbread with Zaatar seasoning:
  1. Combine water, molasses and yea Set aside for 5 minutes to let yeast activate and become foamy.

  9. Remove and add zaatar seasoning mixed with oil. Divide zaatar amongst 6 bread
  10. Cook another 8 minute
