The Ingredients needed to make EasterBake - Easy Easter biscuits:
  1. Prepare 6 oz of self raising flour
  2. It’s 4 oz of caster sugar
  3. It’s 3 oz of butter/ Marg
  4. You need 1 of egg yolk
  5. Prepare Cup of raisin (Optional)
  6. You need 2 teaspoon of mixed spice
  7. You need of Little milk for glazing/binding
Step to make EasterBake - Easy Easter biscuits:
  1. Turn on oven to 180. Add all ingredients (except milk for glazing) into mixer or bowl.
  2. Mix on slow and add a little of milk until forms a soft dough. If you have no mixer then mix with wooden spoon. If too dry add more milk. If too wet add more
  3. Tip out onto floured worktop.
  4. Roll out. If you dont have rolling pin use a bottle. Cut round shapes using a cutter or glas I used a wine glas
  5. Place on baking tray. A few at a time. Rub top with a little milk.
  6. Bake for 15 mins until golden brown. Cool on a wire tray.
  7. Sprinkle with a little caster sugar. Enjoy with a cuppa!!
