The Ingredients needed to make Japanese 3-color Bento (Sanshoku Bento):

- It’s 2 teaspoon of sugar
- It’s 2 teaspoon of Mirin (Japanese sweet Sake)
- Prepare 1 teaspoon of grated ginger
- Prepare 2 of eggs
- Prepare 2 teaspoon of sugar
- It’s 1 teaspoon of Mirin
- Prepare 1/3 tablespoon of salt
- It’s 1 sheet of Nori seaweed
- You need to taste of soy sauce
- Prepare of cooked rice
Step to make Japanese 3-color Bento (Sanshoku Bento):
- Mix chicken with soy sauce, sugar, Mirin and grated ginger with 4 chopstick
- Turn on the heat, stir with chopsticks, and simmer well until the liquid is gone.
- Mix eggs with sugar, salt and Mirin.
- Turn on the heat, stir with chopsticks, and simmer well until smashed.
- Cut Nori seaweed.
