- Prepare 12 of (around 70-90g) Thin beef slices
- Prepare 1 pack of Enoki mushroom
- You need of Teriyaki sauce
- You need 2 tbsp of Mirin
- It’s 2 tbsp of Soy sauce
- You need 1 tbsp of Sugar
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Cooking sake
Step to make Japanese Enoki Beef Rolls:
- First cut of the bottom part of the enoki mushroom. Wash and finish under the water and dry out.
- Divide the enoki into 12 part
- Roll each part of the enoki with one slice of beef. Roll it all and set aside.
- Meanwhile, heat the pan to medium heat and add a little bit of oil of the pan. Place the beef rolls on the pan, fries around 30 seconds on each side. Added the sauce into the pan.
