The Ingredients need to make Bulgogi Kimchi Grilled Cheese:
  1. It’s 2 slices of bread
  2. You need Handful of thinly sliced beef
  3. Prepare 2 tablespoons of kimchi
  4. Prepare 1/2 Tbsp of soy sauce
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of sesame oil
  6. It’s 1/2 Tbsp of brown sugar
  7. It’s 1 pat of butter
  8. Prepare of Cheddar cheese (as much as you like)
Step to make Bulgogi Kimchi Grilled Cheese:
  1. First, marinate your meat by mixing thoroughly with sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil. I used meat for fondue, but if youve got the skills, you can thinly slice striploin.
  2. As your meat sits, slice cheddar so it covers the entire surface of your bread. Do this twice for both slice
  3. Butter both slices of bread.
  4. Dice kimchi into small pieces
  5. Heat a pan with a little oil, and fry meat until its cooked through. A little crisp wont hurt.
  6. Mix in kimchi into meat to heat, and remove from pan.
  7. Assemble sandwich like so bread -> cheese -> bulgogi + kimchi -> cheese -> bread
  8. Place in pan and fry until golden brown, flip and repeat
  9. Enjoy when hot!
