The Ingredients need to make Japanese Curry:
  1. It’s of Whole packet Japanese curry mix
  2. Prepare of Potato
  3. You need of Carrot
  4. Prepare of Onion
  5. Prepare of Garlic
  6. You need of Butter
  7. It’s of Chilli flake
  8. You need of Curry powder
  9. You need of Soy sauce
  10. You need of Curry powder
  11. It’s of Garam masala
  12. Prepare of Shiitake
  13. Prepare of Dashi
  14. It’s of water
  15. Prepare of Beef stock
  16. You need of Optional (Kakushi aji)
  17. You need of Tomato paste / ketchup
  18. It’s of % dark chocolate
Step to make Japanese Curry:
  1. Boil water with all dashi ingredients for 15 minutes, set aside
  2. Cut potatoes, onion carrot into bite sized
  3. Sear onion with butter, add garlic, then the rest of the vegs
  4. After all the onions caramelised and the vegs seared, add the dashi. Boil for 30 minutes
  5. After all the ingredients cooked, add the curry mix, curry powder, chili flake, soy sauce and kakushi aji if wanted. Simmer for 10-15 minutes
  6. Serve while hot
