The Ingredients needed to make Lunch Platter (Methi Aloo Matar Sabzi)!!:
  1. You need 250 gms of Fresh Green Methi
  2. Prepare 2 tsp of Oil
  3. You need 3/4 tsp of Mustard Seeds
  4. Prepare Pinch of Hing
  5. You need 2 of medium sized Onions finely chopped
  6. It’s 8-10 of Garlic Cloves finely chopped
  7. Prepare 2 of medium sized Tomatoes finely chopped
  8. It’s 2 of Green Chillies Slit
  9. It’s 1/2 tsp of Turmeric Powder
  10. It’s 1 tsp of Red Chilli Powder
  11. You need 1 tsp of Coriander Cumin Powder
  12. It’s to taste of Salt
  13. You need 1/4 cup of Green Peas
  14. It’s 1 of Boiled Potato small cubed
Step to make Lunch Platter (Methi Aloo Matar Sabzi)!!:
  1. Remove the methi leaves from the stems of the methi leave Wash the leaves properly in running Remove in strainer and keep aside to drain all the If leaves are very bitter then sprinkle some salt on leaves, mix well and keep aside. After 10 to 15 mins squeeze the leaves gently with palms and rinse once again and keep in a stainer.

  3. Add chopped garlic and cook for a minute or two till raw smells goe Then add chopped tomatoes and green chillies slit, mix well add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander cumin powder and salt. Mix well and cook till tomatoes are cooked well.
  4. Add green peas, mix and cook for 2 to 3 min Further add washed methi leaves, mix well and add boiled potato cube Mix all well and cook for 2 to 3 min Switch off the flame.
  5. Serve healthy yet delicious Methi Aloo Matar sabzi with roti, rice, dal, salad, roasted papad, buttermilk, pickle and fresh seasonal fruits of your choice and Enjoyy !!
