The Ingredients need to make Classic Lunch:
  1. It’s For of puri
  2. You need 1 cup of wheat flour
  3. You need As per taste of Salt
  4. It’s As required of Oil
  5. It’s For of potato sabji
  6. Prepare 3-4 of potatoes roughly chopped
  7. Prepare 1 of tomato chopped
  8. Prepare 1 spoon of ginger garlic paste
  9. It’s 1 spoon of red chilli Powder
  10. It’s 1 spoon of coriander powder
  11. You need 1 tsp of Mustard seeds
  12. It’s 1 tsp of jeera powder
  13. It’s Pinch of Asafoetida
  14. It’s 4-5 of Curry leaves
  15. It’s As per taste of Salt
  16. You need As required of Oil
  17. It’s As required of Finely chopped Coriander
  18. It’s For of rice
  19. Prepare 1 cup of rice
  20. Prepare 1 spoon of ghee
  21. You need to taste of Salt
  22. Prepare For of dal
  23. Prepare 1 cup of boiled pigeon pes(toor dal)
  24. It’s 1 of finely chopped tomato
  25. You need 2 spoons of ginger chilli paste
  26. Prepare As per taste of Salt
  27. It’s 1 of Lemon juice
  28. Prepare 2 spoons of Sugar
  29. You need 1/2 spoon of turmeric
  30. You need 2 of cloves
  31. You need 1 of bay leaf
  32. It’s 1 tsp of Mustard seeds
  33. Prepare 1 tsp of Jeera
  34. It’s Pinch of Asafoetida
  35. You need As required of Oil
  36. Prepare for of Serving
  37. It’s As per taste of Chilli pickle
  38. It’s 1/2 cup of Buttermillk
Step to make Classic Lunch:
  1. For puri. Take a bowl and add wheat flour,salt and oil. Then gradually add water and knead a dough.then make small balls and roll puri Now deep fry all puri in kadai.
  2. For potato sabji Take a cooker add oil to it.when oil heats add mustard, jeera, asafoetida, curry leaves and chopped tomato. After that mix well and add chopped potato and masala Then add water as required and close the cooker and allow it to 3-4 whistle After that add finely chopped coriander and serve.
  3. For the rice. Boil water in a pan and add ghee and little salt to it. then add rice to it. Then cook it at a low flame for 10 minute
  4. For dal Take a bowl and add boiled dal then add tomato, ginger chilli paste and turmeric and blend using a blender. Now take a pan and add oil. Now add mustard, jeera, asafoetida then add dal mixture. Now add masala and boil dal at last add chopped coriander.
  5. Now take a plate and arrange food prepared and serve.
