The Ingredients need to make Lunch Thali:
  1. It’s of For Spinach curry
  2. Prepare 2 cups of finely chopped spinach
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of sesame seeds powder
  4. Prepare 1 tsp of peanut powder
  5. Prepare 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  6. It’s 1 tsp of red chilli powder
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of oil
  8. You need to taste of Salt
  9. Prepare of For karela curry
  10. It’s 250 gm of Finely chopped karela
  11. Prepare 2 cups of Finely chopped onion
  12. It’s 1 tsp of Turmeric
  13. Prepare 2 tsp of Red chilli powder
  14. You need to taste of Salt
  15. Prepare 2 tsp of Oil
  16. You need 2 tsp of Fennel seeds powder
  17. Prepare of For dal fry
  18. It’s 1 cups of Pigeon daal
  19. You need 2 tsp of Ghee
  20. You need 1 tsp of Jeera
  21. Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
  22. It’s 1/2 tsp of Turmeric
  23. Prepare 1 tsp of Lemon juice
  24. It’s pinch of Hing
  25. Prepare 4 of Curry leaves
  26. Prepare of For dhokla
  27. You need 1 cup of dhokla flour soaked in 2 cups buttermilk (14)(urad daalrice)
  28. You need 2 tsp of Chilli paste
  29. Prepare 1 tsp of Black pepper powder
  30. Prepare 1 tbsp of Salt
  31. Prepare 2 tsp of Eno
  32. It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
Step to make Lunch Thali:
  1. For spinach curry…Heat oil in a pan,add red chilli powder,turmeric,sesame seeds powder,peanut powder,..Saute for few min and add finely chopped spinach,salt and cook till it releases oil..
  2. For karela curry…Heat oil…Add karela and onion and cook till brown…Here it takes time…Once done..Add turmeric,red chilli powder,fennel seeds powder,salt and mix well…
  3. For daal fry…Pressure cook daal by adding salt and turmeric…Now heat ghee..Add jeera,hing,curry leaves,red chilli powder,lemon juice and transfer it into cooked and churned daal
  4. For dhokla…U need to ferment 1 cup dhokla flour in 2 cups buttermilk for 8 hr.Then add green chilli paste,salt and mix well..Finally add eno and pour it into greased thali depending on the thickness u require..Sprinkle black pepper powder,red chilli powder and steam for 10 .Once done spread oil and serve hot..
  5. Ready to serve dhokla,spinach curry,karela curry,daal fry,rice,roti,mango,tomato,pickle,chutney…
