The Ingredients needed to make Indian Raita:
  1. It’s 250 grams of curd
  2. You need 1/2 cup of milk
  3. Prepare 1 of medium sized onion
  4. It’s 1 of medium sized tomato
  5. It’s 1 of medium sized cucumber
  6. You need 1 of green chilli
  7. It’s 1 tsp of cumin powder
  8. Prepare to taste of Black salt
  9. It’s some of mint leaves (pudeena)
Step to make Indian Raita:
  1. First chop the cucumber, tomato, onion and green chilli…
  2. Then take a big bowl for mixing the chopped ingredients, then add the curd and cumin powder.
  3. Then add milk to make it a little liquefied (but dont make it too liquefied) and mix well and put some mint leaves on top to decorate and to give it a nice odor.
  4. Tasty and healthy raita is ready to serve with rice.
