1. Prepare of Pancake mix
2. You need of Or use homemade pancake mix
3. You need of Silken tofu (no need to drain the water)
4. It’s of egg Egg
5. You need of Granulated sugar

Step to make Tofu Mock-Melon Bread:

1. Combine the tofu and the egg in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
2. Add the pancake mix and mix with a rubber spatula. Afterwards, knead with your hands till it comes together.
3. Divide the dough into 4 portions and add the sugar as you like. Next with a knife mark the dough with the pattern that you always see on melon bread.
4. Bake in a preheated oven at 335℉ (170℃) for 12 minutes and its done.
