The Ingredients needed to make Fried Tofu with Asparagus and Mushroom Sauce:
  1. It’s of tofu, wrapped into a cloth or tissue paper to remove the water, cut into four pieces
  2. Prepare of Oil for frying
  3. You need of asparagus, cut into 1 inch strips
  4. Prepare of champignon mushrooms, sliced thinly
  5. It’s of garlic, sliced thinly
  6. It’s of oil
  7. You need of cornstarch mixed with 100 ml of water, 1/2 tsp powdered broth, 1 tbsp oyster sauce (I used vegan type, made of mushrooms)
  8. It’s of black pepper
Step to make Fried Tofu with Asparagus and Mushroom Sauce:
  1. Fry the tofu in medium heat until golden. Remove and set aside.
  2. Stir-fry garlic with 1 tsp of oil. After about 30 seconds, add cut asparagus, then mushroom Stir for a while.
  3. After a couple of minutes or so, add the cornstarch mixture. If the mixture is too thick, add more Add crushed black pepper. Stir now and then. If the mixture is a bit bubbly, then it is done.
  4. Pour the sauce over the fried tofu and serve.
