  5. Add tofu to the pan and add vinegar, soya sauce, salt and mix well and cook for 3 to 5 min
  6. Let it thicken up a bit
  7. Serve hot
  8. If you need gravy… add a cup of water with 1 tbsp of corn flour in it and add to the pan and simmer till thickens
