The Ingredients need to make Captain Crunch French Toast:

1. It’s of eggs
2. It’s of milk
3. Prepare of salt
4. Prepare of sugar
5. Prepare of bread
6. Prepare of captin crunch

Step to make Captain Crunch French Toast:

1. Beat eggs, milk, salt, sugar together
2. In a cast iron pan turn heat to medium
3. Use a plastic zip lock bag and rolling pin. Put captain crunch in bag and use rolling pin to crush into small crumbs
4. Spray pan with non stick spray
5. Dip a slice of bread in egg and milk mixture then in crumbs
6. Add to skillet and adjust heat to cook medium. Brown on both side Serve with syrup
