The Ingredients needed to make Paleo Crunch:
  1. It’s 1/4 cup of Flax meal
  2. You need 1/2 cup of Raw pumpkin seeds
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Raw sunflower seeds
  4. It’s 3/4 cup of Almond flour
  5. You need 1 1/2 cup of Shredded unsweetened coconut
  6. It’s 2 cup of Sliced almonds
  7. You need 1/2 tsp of Ground cinnamon
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of Salt
  9. It’s 1/4 tsp of Baking soda
  10. Prepare 1/2 cup of coconut oil in liquid state
  11. It’s 1/2 cup of Raw honey
  12. You need 1 1/2 tsp of Vanilla
Step to make Paleo Crunch:
  1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a Large Bowl. mix well to ensure ingredients are evenly distributed.
  3. In a medium bowl, add wet ingredients and whisk together until well combined.
  4. Mix the wet ingredients thoroughly into the dry ingredient
  5. place parchment paper on large rimmed cookie sheet. it may take two pan
  6. Press mixture down with your hands or the back of a large spoon.
  7. bake until lightly toasted, approximately 1 hour. Remove pans from oven and gently stir the mixture with a large spoon. Carefully return warm pans to the oven and continue to cook for another 15 minute
  8. Let the mixture cool completely in the pan
  9. If you would like add in some dried fruit
