The Ingredients needed to make Scrambled Tofu (Iridofu):
  1. Prepare of tab tofu
  2. You need of shiitake mushroom
  3. You need of carrot
  4. Prepare of onion
  5. Prepare of minced chicken
  6. Prepare of egg
  7. It’s of soy sauce (A)
  8. Prepare of Sake (A)
  9. Prepare of Mirin (A)
  10. Prepare of Dashi broth (A)
  11. Prepare of sugar (A)
Step to make Scrambled Tofu (Iridofu):
  1. Remove water from the tofu.
  2. Reconstruct a shiitake mushroom. Chop all vegetables into small piece
  3. Mix the condiments (A) together in a bowl.
  4. Pour the sesame oil into a frying pan and warm over high heat. Put the tofu and crumble it with stir-frying.
  5. Add the minced chicken and keep stirring. When the meat changes colour, add all vegetables and (A). Turn the heat to medium and cook to reduce the broth.
  6. Beat the egg. When the broth is reduced to half, add the beaten egg. When the egg starts to set, stir in a circular motion 15 to 20 time
