The Ingredients needed to make South Indian Dosa:
  1. Prepare 3 cup of rice
  2. You need 1 cup of urad dal
  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of chana dal
  4. You need 1 tbsp of poha
  5. You need to taste of Salt according
  6. Prepare of Oil as per need for cooking
Step to make South Indian Dosa:
  1. Wash and soak dal and rice about 4 hours
  2. Now in grinder jar add soaked dal and rice and poha make smooth paste and mix salt cover with plate and rest for about 6to8 hours or overnight for better fermentation
  3. Now mix lightly fermented bettar place iron tawa on gas when hot grease it with oil sprinkle water to reduce temper and make dosa with big spoonful batter
  4. If want to make masala dosa can add aaloo masala over it otherwise can make without masala fold it when golden brown remove on a plate and enjoy with sambhar
  5. Yummy south Indian rice flour dosa is ready for serve
