The Ingredients needed to make South Indian Tomato Rasam with Green Peas Rice:
- It’s of For Tomato Rasam
- You need of Toor daal /Pulse100gm
- You need 2 spoon of Rasam Powder
- You need 4-5 of Tomatoes
- You need leaves of Curry
- Prepare of Green Freshy Coriander
- It’s of Green chillies
- You need of Mustard Seeds
- It’s of Oil for Cooking
- Prepare of Dry Coconut Powder
- It’s of Turmeric Powder
- You need of Salt for taste
- It’s of Jaggery-1
- You need spoon of Black Gram-1
- You need of Tamarind Pulp-1cup
- You need of Red Dry Chilli
- It’s of Green Peas Rice
- It’s of Green Peas-300gm
- Prepare 500 of Rice
- Prepare of Green Freshy Coriander
- You need of Salt
- You need of Oil for Cooking
- You need of Cumin Seeds
Step to make South Indian Tomato Rasam with Green Peas Rice:
- For Rasam Take a kadhai add Tomatoes,Jaggery, Tamarind Pulp, Curry leaves, Turmeric Powder, Salt and cover the lid and cook for 15 after fifteen min add boiled Toor Dal cook for 10 min after that make tadka for Rasam add oil, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves,Red Dry Chilli, Black Gram fry these ingredients and mix well.after 5 min of Cooking Rasam add Green fresh Coriander and Serve it hot with Rice or Idli or Vada.
- For Green Peas RiceBoil Rice then take a Kadhai heat oil add Cumin Seeds, Green fresh Peas fry for 5 mins then add Boiled Rice, Salt and Mix well and cook for 5 mins Garnish with Green fresh Coriander.Serve it hot with Rasam or any Pulse.
