  3. It’s 1.5 Cups of Shredded Rotisserie Chicken
  4. Prepare of ● For The Vegetables Herbs Seasonings
  5. It’s 1 of LG Green Bell Pepper [chopped - deseeded]
  6. Prepare 1 of LG Spanish Onion [chopped]
  7. Prepare 1 Cup of Celery With Leaves [chopped]
  8. It’s 2 tbsp of Fine Minced Garlic Cloves
  9. Prepare 1/2 (14 oz) of Can Diced Tomatoes
  10. You need 1 of LG Jalapeno [ chopped - deseeded]
  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Dried Thyme
  12. You need 1/4 tsp of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  13. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Tony Catcherys Seasoning
  14. It’s 1/4 tsp of Crushed Bay Leaves
  15. It’s 1/4 Cup of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  16. It’s 2 tbsp of Frying Oil
  17. It’s of ● For The Finish
  18. You need 1 (15 oz) of Pkg Bear Creek Gumbo Mix [wait for full boil to add]
  19. You need 2 Cups of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
  20. Prepare 6 Cups of Water
  21. It’s 2 Cups of Presteamed White Rice
  22. You need to taste of Louisiana Hot Sauce
  23. It’s to taste of Tony Catcherys Seasoning
  24. You need to taste of Granulated Garlic Powder
  25. You need to taste of Granulated Onion Powder
  26. You need to taste of Granulated Sugar
Step to make Mikes Chicken Sausage Jambalaya:
  1. Chop all vegetables and fine mince herb
  2. Place a small amount of oil in a thick bottom pot and add all seasoning
  3. Add your vegetables to your pot and fry until slightly translucent. Mix well.
  4. Translucent at 7 minute
  5. Add shredded chicken to pot.
  6. 8 oz Andulie Sausage pictured. Cut on the bia [slanted]
  7. Add 1/2 14 oz can diced tomatoes to pot.
  8. Add your broth, water and seasoning
