- It’s 1 of LG Green Bell Pepper [chopped - deseeded]
- Prepare 1 of LG Spanish Onion [chopped]
- Prepare 1 Cup of Celery With Leaves [chopped]
- It’s 2 tbsp of Fine Minced Garlic Cloves
- Prepare 1/2 (14 oz) of Can Diced Tomatoes
- You need 1 of LG Jalapeno [ chopped - deseeded]
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Dried Thyme
- You need 1/4 tsp of Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Tony Catcherys Seasoning
- It’s 1/4 tsp of Crushed Bay Leaves
- It’s 1/4 Cup of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- It’s 2 tbsp of Frying Oil
- It’s of ● For The Finish
- You need 1 (15 oz) of Pkg Bear Creek Gumbo Mix [wait for full boil to add]
- You need 2 Cups of Low Sodium Chicken Broth
- Prepare 6 Cups of Water
- It’s 2 Cups of Presteamed White Rice
- You need to taste of Louisiana Hot Sauce
- It’s to taste of Tony Catcherys Seasoning
- You need to taste of Granulated Garlic Powder
- You need to taste of Granulated Onion Powder
- You need to taste of Granulated Sugar
Step to make Mikes Chicken Sausage Jambalaya:
- Chop all vegetables and fine mince herb
- Place a small amount of oil in a thick bottom pot and add all seasoning
- Add your vegetables to your pot and fry until slightly translucent. Mix well.
- Translucent at 7 minute
- Add shredded chicken to pot.
- 8 oz Andulie Sausage pictured. Cut on the bia [slanted]
- Add 1/2 14 oz can diced tomatoes to pot.
- Add your broth, water and seasoning

- Add your 2 cups of precooked rice. Mix well.
- Simmer for 20 minutes covered. Stir regularly. Then add any additional seasonings
- Shut off flame and cover until Jambalaya sets up.
