The Ingredients needed to make Mikes Chicken Pad Thai:

  2. Prepare of Rice Noodles Sticks
  3. It’s of Shreaded Pre-cooked Chicken
  4. Prepare of Fresh Bean Sprouts [left whole]
  5. Prepare of LG Thai Basil Leaves [chopped + reserves for garnish]
  6. It’s of LG Eggs [scrambled]
  7. Prepare of Thai Chilies [minced]
  8. You need of Fresh Cilantro [+ reserves for garnish]
  9. You need of Fine Minced Chives
  10. You need of Garlic Olive Oil [devided]
  11. You need of Soy Sauce
  12. It’s of ● For The Pad Thai Sauce
  13. You need of Quality Fish Sauce
  14. It’s of Tamarind Juice [or 2 tbsp Sweet Chinese Rice Wine Vinegar]
  15. Prepare of Garlic Chili Sauce [like sriracha]
  16. You need of Fresh Fine Minced Garlic
  17. It’s of Brown Sugar [more if youd like it sweeter]
  18. It’s of Oyster Sauce
  19. You need of Hoisin Sauce
  20. You need of Red Pepper Flakes
  21. Prepare of Water
  22. It’s of ● For The Sides Garnishments
  23. Prepare of Crushed Peanuts
  24. Prepare of Fresh Lime Wedges
  25. You need of Sesame Seeds
  26. It’s of Soy Sauce
Step to make Mikes Chicken Pad Thai:
  1. Bring water to a simmer and add noodle Turn off heat and c Let noodles sit for 7 minute
  2. While waiting for boil, add 1 tablespoon oil to pan and add 2 whisked eggs to heated pan. Fry egg until scrambled and remove contents from pan.
  3. Add 2 additional tablespoons garlic olive oil, precooked chicken and Pad Thai sauce. Fry just until heated.
  4. At 7 minutes, drain your noodles and rinse quickly under cold
  5. Add drained noodles to your shreaded chicken and Pad sauce. Stir gently but well. Fry for 3 more minute
  6. Add fresh Thai Basil, Cilantro, Chives and Bean Sprouts to pan and fry just until heated. Mix well by lifting and seperating noodles with chopstick Also, add Soy Sauce to taste.
  7. Serve hot and garnish with fresh Thai Basil, Cilantro, Lime Wedges, Peanuts and Sesame Seed Enjoy!
