- You need of shallots
- It’s of garlics
- Prepare of turmeric powder
- You need of corriander seeds powder

- You need of thin coconut milk
- Prepare of Some salt

Step to make Egg and Tofu in Coconut Milk:
- Blend all the ingredients of the paste together using a blender or a traditional mortar and pestle until it becomes a smooth thick paste. Set aside.
- Heat the oil in a pan. Then fry the paste until cooked and doesnt smell raw anymore and The natural oil comes out.
- Then put in the coconut milk. Stirring occasionally, let it simmer until the paste blend in with the coconut milk.
- Add in the tofu and green bean Let them simmer a bit.
- Then add in the eggs and chillie Let them simmer again.
