  4. Prepare 10-15 pods of garlic

  6. It’s 15 gms of tamarind
  7. You need 1 teaspoon of chili powder or as per your taste
  8. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder

  5. Finally add the tamarind juice and close the lid. bring to boil now simmer the stove and let it boil for ten minute
  6. Now add broken eggs one by one to it, dont stir the curry for ten minutes after putting the eggs in the curry otherwise the eggs will get mixed up.
  7. After ten minutes, slowly stir the curry and let it boil for another ten minute
  8. Serve hot with rice.
