The Ingredients needed to make Special Steamed Egg Tofu Mushroom Minced Meat:
  1. It’s 2 pcs of egg tofu
  2. Prepare 2 of eggs beaten
  3. You need 8 pcs of mushroom
  4. You need of Minced Pork Ingredients
  5. You need of Minced pork meat
  6. It’s 1 tbsp of Green onions chopped
  7. It’s 1 tbsp of Minced mushroom
  8. It’s 1 tbsp of Minced carrot
  9. You need 1 tbsp of Minced Mar Tai or Waterchestnut
  10. Prepare 2 tsp of Minced garlic
  11. Prepare 1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine
  12. It’s 1 tbsp of Oyster sauce
  13. It’s to taste of Salt n pepper
  14. Prepare of Some cornstarch
Step to make Special Steamed Egg Tofu Mushroom Minced Meat:
  1. Soak mushroom in water leave it overnight.
  2. Marinate minced pork meat for 1 hour. Stir fry the minced meat with garlic till aroma and set aside.
  3. Pre-steamed the mushroom or fly with some hot oil to make it softer and aromatic. Stuffed some minced meat into the mushroom.
  4. Cut egg tofu into 5 pcs each. Place tofu with beaten egg in a steamer plate.
  5. Add 2 egg shell water as measurement for 1 egg into steamer plate. Place also some leftover minced pork into the egg. Sprinkle some salt in the egg
  6. Place the mushroom on the surface of the tofu. Steam for 12 minutes in high heat.
  7. Mix some soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil with hot water and sprinkle on top of the dish as garnish and flavour. Serve hot.
