Take milk, icing sugar and vanilla in a bowl and mix well so the sugar is melted. Now whip cream till lightly thickened. Add in milk mix and whip well. Pour this into a jug, fill popsicle moulds and insert popsicle stick into it.

  2. Wash with water and let it dry.Now take a bowl and mash the boiled potatoes after cooling them.

  4. Add the masalae.Finally add the maida and mix all well.Now take icecream sticks and arrange the mix on them in the shape of chocobar icecream.
  5. Finally take a kadai and put oil and heat.Now add the methi chocobar icecream after coating with maida.Deep fry them.
  6. Take them out and cool to room temperature.
  7. Now add the grated paneer on top as some milk is coming out from the icecream.
