  8. It’s 1/2 tsp of Garlic Granuals
  9. It’s 1/4 tsp of Oregano
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp of pizza spice blend (herbs,salt,basil, Chilli)
  11. Prepare 1 tbls of Lemon juice
  12. You need 1 of Chicken stock cube
  13. It’s 1 of veg stock cube
  14. It’s 1 pint of Boiling water
  15. It’s 1/2 tin (120 g) of Cannellini beans
  16. You need 1/4 tsp of Sea salt
  17. Prepare 1 tin of Tomatoes crushed
  18. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Cracked Black Pepper
  19. Prepare 2 tbls of fresh Basil chopped
  20. It’s 1 handful of Spinach
Step to make My Tasty Lamb Veg one Pan served with Garlic Bread:
  1. Heat up the oil fry the onions for 2 minute Add the dry herbs and fry for a further minute. Then stir, Have the boiling water ready with the 2 stock cubes in and stirred.
  2. Add the stock and stir cook for 1 minute, bring to the boil then add 1/4 cup Red Wine let boil and bubble for 2 minute
  3. Next add the lemon juice, next add the lamb(if you have uncooked lamb add it at the start with the onion and fry on medium for 5 minutes then carry on) and Carrots turn heat down to simmer. Add the cannellini beans let it simmer for 20 minute
  4. Add Sea salt and Cracked black pepper. Stir in then add the tin of crushed tomatoe Then add the tomato purèe.mix in.
  5. Next add the chopped fresh Basil then add the Spinach and Fresh Basil and add some fresh Parsley to finish the dish.
