The Ingredients need to make My Simple Pie Crust:
  1. You need 90 grams of Strong bread flour
  2. You need 90 grams of Cake flour
  3. Prepare 150 grams of Salted butter
  4. It’s 75 ml of Chilled water
Step to make My Simple Pie Crust:
  1. Sift together the bread flour and cake Cut the butter into 2 cm cubes and keep chilled.
  2. Add butter to the sifted flour, and using a dough scraper, cut the butter while mixing into the flour, until the butter forms bean-sized lump

  9. For apple pies, bake for a total of 40 minutes 20 minutes at 200°C, then for 20 more minutes at 180°C.
