The Ingredients needed to make Slow Cooker Goulash:
  1. Prepare 2 lb of Ground Beef
  2. Prepare 1 TBSP of Olive Oil
  3. You need 2 of Green Pepper, diced
  4. It’s 1 of large Onion, diced
  5. You need 2 jars of Tomato Basil Classico Pasta Sauce
  6. Prepare 2 clove of fresh garlic, minced
  7. Prepare 1 can of mushrooms
  8. Prepare 1 of Bay Leaf
  9. You need 1 TBSP of Parsley
  10. It’s 1/2 TBSP of Italian Seasoning
  11. You need 1 Tsp of Oregano
  12. You need 1 Tsp of Salt
  13. Prepare 1/2 Tsp of Smoked Paprika
  14. It’s 1/2 Tsp of Ground Pepper
  15. You need 1 Pkg of Medium Pasta Shells
Step to make Slow Cooker Goulash:
  1. Pour the jars of pasta sauce in the slow cooker. The brand I chose is soy free and deliciou You can also make sauce from scratch, but I have a curious infant and wanted to be quick.
  2. In a medium skillet cook the ground beef in the Olive Oil until browned and add to slow cooker.
  3. Prep your vegetables and add to the sauce.
  4. Prep the seasonings and add to the sauce.
  5. Mix everything together and cook on low for a minimum of 6 hour
  6. 20 minutes before the sauce is done, put water on to boil with some olive oil and salt. Cook the shells aldente.
  7. Drain, mix into the sauce, and serve!
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and grated parmesan.
  9. This now has the toddler stamp of approval. ;) He prefers the elbow noodle
