The Ingredients needed to make Slow Cooker Lamb Root Veg Stew:

  3. You need 4 of large carrots
  4. It’s 8 of new potatoes, halved
  5. Prepare 1 of large onion, cut into large chunks
  6. It’s 3 of rosemary stalks
  7. Prepare 2 of fresh mint sprigs
  8. Prepare 500 mls of lamb or veg stock
  9. You need of Salt and pepper
Step to make Slow Cooker Lamb Root Veg Stew:
