The Ingredients needed to make Salty and Sweet Teriyaki Pork-Wrapped Enoki Mushrooms:
- You need 3 of or 6 slices Thinly sliced pork
- You need 1/2 packages of Enoki mushrooms
- Prepare 1 dash of Salt and pepper
- You need 1 of Katakuriko
- It’s 1 tbsp of Vegetable oil
- Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of ◆Soy sauce
- Prepare 1 tbsp of ◆Mirin
- You need 1/2 tbsp of ◆Sugar
- It’s 1 of Shichimi spice
Step to make Salty and Sweet Teriyaki Pork-Wrapped Enoki Mushrooms:
- Salt and pepper one side of the pork lightly and lay the enoki, divided into 6 equal parts, on them. Roll the enoki in the pork diagonally and coat lightly in katakuriko.
- Heat a frying pan with vegetable oil and lay the rolls in the pan with the end of the pork strip on the bottom. Fry the seam shut.
- Turn the rolls over occasionally so that they become an even, brown color. Mix the ingredients marked with ◆ and add them to the pan. Once the pork starts to look shiny, its done. Please add shichimi spice, if you like.
- You can also makes these with carrots and bell pepper.
