The Ingredients need to make Instant Pot Japanese Curry:
  1. It’s 2 blocks of curry (golden + vermount)
  2. It’s 2 lbs of beef
  3. You need of Carrot
  4. Prepare of Baby Potatoes
  5. Prepare of Onion
  6. You need of Cherry tomatoes
Step to make Instant Pot Japanese Curry:
  1. Air fry baby potatoes in 400 F for 10 minutes
  2. Chop onion
  3. Cut beef into cubes
  4. Set instant pot to saute mode and put in the sliced onions until aromatic
  5. Add the beef and stir fry until half cooked, insert the water only until it covers the beef and onion
  6. Add the 2 blocks of curry block and set to stew mode for 20 minutes
  7. Once it ready, open the instant pot and add carrot and cherry tomatoes, set to pressure cook for another 10 minutes
  8. Once its ready, add the air fry potatoes, taste it, add salt/pepper to taste, voila, ready to eat
