The Ingredients need to make Instant Pot shredded pork casserole:

1. Prepare 1 lb of pork roast
2. It’s of Lipton onion soup mix
3. It’s 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
4. It’s 2 c of water
5. Prepare 1 tbs of vegetable oil
6. You need 2 cups of egg noodles
7. You need of Pork spice rub
8. You need of Coarse salt
9. You need of Ground black pepper
10. Prepare of Garlic powder
11. It’s of Paprika
12. You need of Topping
13. Prepare of Green onion

Step to make Instant Pot shredded pork casserole:

1. Cut pork roast into sections and rub spice mix liberally. Add oil to instant pot and put on saute mode, brown all side
2. Turn off saute mode and remove browned pork piece Add water and scrape up brown bit Add soup mix and pork back to Instant pot. Seal and set manual cook for 45 minute
3. Allow instant pot to depressurize for 10 minutes and then release vent. Open up and shred pork
4. Turn on saute mode and add mushroom soup and egg noodle Stir to keep bottom from burning. Cook until noodles are soft. Top with green onion, and enjoy
