The Ingredients needed to make Indian Beans vaal:
- You need 150 gm of Indian beans(vaal)
- Prepare 4-5 tbsp of Oil
- It’s 1/2 tsp of carom seeds
- You need 1/8 tsp of Baking Soda
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Sesame seeds
- You need 1 tbsp of Ginger garlic paste
- It’s 1/2 tsp of green chilli paste
- You need 2 of big onion
- Prepare 2 tbsp of Dry coconut
- It’s 1 tsp of Red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder
- You need to taste of Salt
- You need 1/2 tsp of Garam masala
- It’s 2-3 tbsp of coriander leaves
- Prepare as needed of Oil
Step to make Indian Beans vaal:
- Wash and soak Indian beans for 8-10hr And pressure cook add salt 1tsp oil and soda. Make 7-8whistle and cook on slow flame 5-10
- Now heat oil in a pan add carom seeds finely chopped onion ginger chilli garlic paste. Salt and saut till onion looks transparant. Now add sessme seeds chopped dry coconut turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Saute and cook on slow flame.
- Meanwhile open the lid and just mash beans its over cooked or not.Remove water and coarsly mash with handAdd in onion mixture mix properly. Now add garam masala and coriander.mix well.cook 5and serve. Serve with mango khatta aachaar onion rings wheat flour ladoo and oil. Tasty healthy Indian Beans is ready to Serve.Garnish with coriander.
