- You need 2 tbsp of White flour
- You need of Seasonings
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Light brown sugar or white sugar
- Prepare 1 tbsp of Mirin
- You need 1 tbsp of Soy sauce
Step to make Sweet and Salty - Sweet Potato Mochi:
- Wash the sweet potato, wrap it in plastic wrap, and microwave until soft. Transfer to a bowl and mash with a rolling pin.
- Add the katakuriko and flour and mix. Form into a roll and cut into 10 equal piece
- Put 1 tablespoon of oil into the frying pan and arrange the pieces of sweet potato in it.
- When both sides are golden brown, add the seasonings, coat both sides well, and theyre done.
