The Ingredients needed to make Japanese Jiggly Omelette:
- Prepare 3-4 of eggs
- It’s 1 tbsp of butter
- You need Pinch of salt
- It’s Pinch of pepper
Step to make Japanese Jiggly Omelette:
- Separate the egg whites into a large bowl, and yolks into a small bowl.
- With a whisk or an electric beater, beat the egg whites until they foam up and form stiff white peak
- With a whisk, beat the egg yolks until smooth.
- Mix the yolks into the whites, folding in gently.
- In a pan pour this mixture and cover with a lid. After a few minutes, slide in the butter with a knife under the bottom of the egg
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the top. Cover with lid.
- After a few minutes, remove lid and carefully transfer eggs to plate, gently folding it over in half. Enjoy.
