  2. Prepare 4-6 oz. of Mushrooms
  3. Prepare 1/2 of Red Onion, roughly diced
  4. You need 2 lb of shredded Mozzarella
  5. Prepare slices of Pepperoni
  6. You need of Baby Arugula
  7. Prepare of Pink Himalayan Salt
  8. You need of Ground Black Pepper
  9. It’s of Pizza Sauce side
  10. You need of Stewed Tomatoes
  11. It’s of Fresh Basil
  12. It’s of Dried Oregano
  13. You need 1 tsp. of Minced Garlic
  14. You need of Pink Himalayan Salt
  15. It’s of Ground Black Pepper
Step to make KETO-Chicago Style Deep Dish - Mushroom and Onion:
  1. Line large deep frying pan with sausage, approx 1/4 in. Thicker on the edge. Season.
  2. Add Mushrooms and Red Onion on top of the Sausage and broil for 15 minute
  3. In small sauce pot heat and season with remaining spices, Stewed Tomatoes
  4. Remove pan and load on Shredded Mozzarella, and add Pepperoni Slice Broil until golden and bubbly.
  5. Garnish with Baby Arugula
