The Ingredients needed to make Lebanese Style Wings:
  1. You need 12-18 of full wings
  2. Prepare of First marinade
  3. It’s 2/3 cup of vinegar (red wine, rice, apple cider)
  4. Prepare 1 teaspoon of allspice
  5. It’s 1 teaspoon of cumin
  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  7. Prepare of Second marinade
  8. Prepare 1 cup of olive oil (see story)
  9. It’s 3/4 cup of lemon juice
  10. Prepare 4 cloves of garlic
  11. You need 2 teaspoons of salt
Step to make Lebanese Style Wings:
  1. Place your wings in a bowl, after doing any prep required (clean, pat dry, etc.)
  2. Mix first marinade. Use a blender, trust me, you have to use the blender for the second one anyway.
  3. Mix chicken with marinade. Mix well. Let sit for 10 minutes before the next step.
  4. Put the second marinade ingredients in your blender
  5. Blend it up, should look like milk and thicken somewhat
  6. Mix this into your chicken
  7. Mix well, no, do not empty the first marinade before adding the second.
  8. Allow to sit a minimum of 4 hour I actually did this the night before, let it sit all day.
  9. I cooked mine in my air fryer, 2 batche Brush more marinade on at the half way point.
  10. CAUTION, the marinade must cook fully, since it was in contact with raw chicken. I dont know if this adds that much to the end result, skip it if you prefer. It most likely plays a more important part if actually grilling.
  11. I cooked each batch about 25 minutes at 400 F (highest setting on my air fryer)
