The Ingredients needed to make Mozuku Seaweed Cucumber:
  1. Prepare 160 grams of Mozuku seaweed ( in vinegar)
  2. Prepare 1 of Cucumber
  3. Prepare 1 of Ginger juice
  4. Prepare 1 of Salt
  5. It’s 1 of Soy sauce
Step to make Mozuku Seaweed Cucumber:
  1. Slice the cucumber into small strips and rub them with salt. When the cucumber strips have wilted, drain the cucumber.
  2. Mix the flavoured mozuku seaweed with the cucumber and add the ginger juice. Adjust the taste to your liking with soy sauce.
