  4. Prepare 3 tbsp of ● Panko

  6. You need 3 tbsp of ● Milk
  7. Prepare 1 dash of ● Salt and pepper
  8. Prepare of Hamburger Sauce
  9. Prepare 1/2 bag of Shimeji mushrooms
  10. It’s 2 tbsp of Soy sauce
  11. You need 2/3 tbsp of Sugar
  12. You need 1 tbsp of Sake
  13. You need 1 tbsp of Mirin
  14. Prepare 1 tbsp of Ponzu
  15. You need 1 tbsp of Water
