- Prepare 2-3 of chopped Green Chilli
- Prepare 1 Tsp of Red Chilli powder
- You need of Salt as required
Vegetable oil - For frying up our chicken, choose something mild tasting like canola.
Garnish - Chopped green onions and sesame seeds - the finishing touch for any ginger chicken dish!
Boiled Chicken: Fill a large pot with water and add the whole chicken, sliced ginger root, and chopped garlic.
Combine mayonnaise, broth, garlic, soy sauce and ginger; add to skillet.

- Prepared all the ingredients for Ginger chicken gravy.
- Ab ak bartan Mein oil Daly oil ko achi tarha garam Kary or is Mein Marinate chicken add kar Dy or achi tarha mixed Kary.
- Ab apny is Mein lagatar spoon chalaty rahna hai or is ka Pani dry karna hai.
- Jub chicken ka Pani dry ho Jaye or iska colour golden brown ho Jaye tb is Mein onion add kar Dy.
- Onion dal kar apny isko Thora sa mixed karna hai or is Mein 1 cup Tomato puree add karna hai or isko fry karna hai.
- Tomato puree ke sath achi tarha fry karna ke baad is Mein yogurt green chilli or red chilli powder add kar Dy or achi tarha mixed kar ke bhona hai.
- Achi tarha bhony ke baad is Mein Thora sa sliced Ginger add kar Dy or achi tarha bhony itna bhony ke ye oil chor Dy.
- Jub ye oil chor Dy or achi tarha cook ho Jaye tb flame ko off kar Dy or dishout kar lay delicious Ginger chicken ready to serve with Chinese fried rice.
Reduce heat and cook until heated through.
Serve over rice and sprinkle with almonds if desired.
Remove chicken from pot and drain.
Cover chicken and refrigerate until chilled.
Combine ginger and green onions in a food processor; process until finely chopped.
