- It’s Some of small chopped fresh coriander leaves
- It’s For of soya chunks coating –
- Prepare 2 cup of soyabean
- You need 1/2 tsp of curd
- Prepare 4 tsp of corn flour
- It’s 1 tsp of ginger garlic paste
- You need 1 drop of orange colour
- It’s To taste of salt
- You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder
- It’s For of manchurian gravy –
- Prepare 2 of long chopped onion
- Prepare 2 of long chopped Capsicum
- Prepare 1/2 cup of long chopped cabbage
- It’s 1 cup of Ginger garlic paste
- You need 1 cup of tomato sauce
- You need 1/2 cup of dark soya sauce
- You need 1/2 tsp of Green chilli sauce
- It’s 2 tsp of vinegar
- It’s To taste of salt
- It’s 1 tbsp of red chilli powder

Step to make Chinese maggi manchurian:
- Maggi recipe – Firstly boiled the Maggi. Then heat oil in a pan and add Cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onion, potato, capsicum cook it 2 min then add tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, Maggi masala cook it 5
- Then add boiled Maggi and mix it well add coriander leaves then turn off the ga Maggi is ready.
- For soya chunks coating – Firstly, in a large bowl soak 1 cup soya chunks in 3 cups hot water, for 15 minutes or more. After 15 minutes, squeeze out the water from soya and transfer to a bowl.
- Then add curd, corn flour,ginger garlic paste,salt,red chilli powder. Combine all the ingredients well adding a tbsp of water if required.
- Further dry or shallow fry in hot oil.stir occasionally, and fry till soya turns crisp. Drain out the fried soya and keep aside.
- For manchurian gravy – now take a pan heat oil and saute 2 clove garlic, onion, capsicum, cabbage salute well.then add green chilli sauce,dark soya sauce,tomato sauce, vinegar, to taste salt,red chilli powder keeping the flame high, mix all the ingredients well.
- Then add fried soya chunks mix it well.soya chunks manchurian is ready. Take 1 plate of for and put maggi in it, then put soya chunks Manchurian on top and then enjoy it.
