The Ingredients needed to make Chinese Ginger Horseradish Beef:
  1. You need 1 1/2 lb of Beef Sirloin (thinly sliced)
  2. Prepare 4 large of Scallions (1.5 slices)
  3. It’s 1 tbsp of Fresh Ginger
  4. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of Dijon Mustard
  5. Prepare 1 tbsp of Honey
  6. You need 1/4 cup of Soy Sauce
  7. It’s 1/4 cup of Water
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Kosher Salt
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Ground Black Pepper
  10. Prepare 1/4 cup of Canola Oil
Step to make Chinese Ginger Horseradish Beef:
  1. In a medium bowl, combine beef and scallion
  2. To a blender, add all remaining ingredients, except oil. Blend until smooth.
  3. Combine beef and marinade thoroughly. Let marinate in refrigerator for 4-6 hour
  4. To a large skillet over high heat, add oil. When hot, add marinated beef. Stir fry for 5-7 minutes or until beef is cooked through. There will be a lot of moisture released from the meat. Cook until liquid is almost fully cooked out.
