The Ingredients need to make Tofu and Black Tea Cake in a Rice Cooker:
  1. You need 200 grams of Pancake mix
  2. You need 160 grams of Tofu
  3. Prepare 2 tbsp of Black tea leaves
  4. You need 1 of Egg
  5. You need 3 tbsp of Milk
  6. You need 1 tbsp of Vegetable oil
  7. It’s 1 of Vanilla extract
Step to make Tofu and Black Tea Cake in a Rice Cooker:
  1. Mash the tofu with a whisk, and mix until smooth. Add the egg, and continue mixing.
  2. Add the vegetable oil and milk, and mix. Add the black tea leaves, and continue mixing.
  3. Sprinkle with vanilla extract, and mix.
  4. Mix in the pancake mix.
  5. Lightly grease the rice cooker bowl with vegetables oil (not listed), and pour in the batter. Flatten it down a little bit, and press start.
  6. Done. Insert a bamboo skewer to check if its cooked through. I baked it 2 time Letting it cool in the rice cooker keeps it moi (It takes a while).
  7. The bottom look like thi Its chewy because of the tofu!!
