The Ingredients needed to make Spinach Dal Curry:
  1. You need 1 cup of Split Yellow Gram Dal (Moongh Dal)
  2. It’s 1 bunch of Spinach
  3. You need 1 of Tomato
  4. It’s 1 of Onion
  5. You need 2 of Green Chillies
  6. You need 1/2 cup of Grated Coconut
  7. You need 1/4 tsp of Cumin Powder
  8. Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric Powder
  9. It’s 1 clove of Garlic
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp of Vegetable Oil
  11. You need 1/2 tsp of Mustard Seeds
  12. It’s 4 of Small Shallots
  13. You need 1 of Dried Red Chilly
  14. Prepare of Salt
  15. You need of Hot Water
Step to make Spinach Dal Curry:
  1. Wash the split yellow gram dal two-three time Pour some hot water into it cook well.
  2. Chop the spinach, tomato, onion green chillie Add it to the cooked dal. Sprinkle some salt for taste.
  3. While its cooking, add water grind the coconut, cumin powder, garlic turmeric powder finely.
  4. When the spinach, tomatoes onions are cooked, add this ground mixture to the dal. Mix boil till the raw taste is gone.
  5. Heat some oil. Put the mustard seeds into it. After a minute, add chopped shallots dried red chilli into it. Saute till brown. Add it to the dal. Stir.
