The Ingredients needed to make Steamed Kabocha and Carrot Cake:
  1. You need 200 grams of Unpeeled kabocha
  2. You need 230 grams of Unpeeled carrot
  3. Prepare 200 grams of Pancake mix
  4. It’s 50 grams of Butter (or margarine)
  5. You need 5 tbsp of Honey
Step to make Steamed Kabocha and Carrot Cake:
  1. Microwave the unpeeled kabocha for 4 minutes in the silicon mould. Wash and grate the unpeeled carrot.
  2. Mash the kabocha with a spatula or spoon.
  3. Knead the butter and mix in the honey, one tablespoon at a time.
  4. Add all the ingredients, mix well, and pour the batter into the silicon mould. Put the lid on and steam in the microwave for 5-6 minute
  5. This is it! Its large so it takes a while to cook right through. If its still only half-cooked, slice it and steam each portion separately!
  6. Wrap the leftover slices and keep in the freezer. Just warm them up in the microwave and enjoy!
