The Ingredients need to make Japanese Lovely Rice Ball:
  1. It’s 3 of eggs
  2. It’s of Vegetables, green beans, Okura, mushrooms any vegetables you can use
  3. You need of Salmon flakes
  4. It’s of purple Shiso pickles
  5. You need of red ginger
  6. Prepare of cooked rice
  7. Prepare of salt
Step to make Japanese Lovely Rice Ball:
  1. Separate egg yolk and egg white and salt them. Make scrambled white and yellow egg.
  2. Boil vegetables in salt water and cut thinly.
  3. Mix rice and salmon flakes and make small rice ball
  4. Put cut vegetables and scrambled egg on it. Then put rice ball.
  5. Wrap with film.
  6. This is white version.
