The Ingredients need to make Kaleji Masala liver Masala:
  1. Prepare 2 cups of Kaleji (Chicken Liver)
  2. Prepare 3 of Sliced onions
  3. Prepare 3 of Tomato puree
  4. Prepare To taste of Salt
  5. You need 1/2 tsp of Red Chilli powder
  6. You need 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
  7. You need 5-6 of Garlic pods
  8. You need 1 tsp of Cumin seeds
  9. It’s 5 tsp of Oil
Step to make Kaleji Masala liver Masala:
  1. Heat oil in pan, Add Cumin seeds, Sliced onions and garlic pod.Saute and cook for 2 minutes
  2. Wash kalejis(Chicken Liver)
  3. Now add Chicken kaleji and mix all well..Cook until kalejis become soft and Cooked….
  4. Now add tomato puree and spices Salt, Turmeric powder and red chilli powder…..Mix all well and Cook until oil separates and chicken gets cooked properly…..
  5. Serve hot with bread and roti….
