The Ingredients needed to make Yellow Masala Rice:
  1. Prepare 2 cups of leftover rice
  2. Prepare 3 tsp of curry leaves
  3. It’s 1 tsp of cumin seeds
  4. Prepare 1 of onion chopped
  5. It’s 1 of big tomato chopped
  6. Prepare 2 of green chillies chopped
  7. It’s 2 tsp of eoil
  8. It’s 1 tsp of red chilli powder
  9. It’s 1 tsp of turmeric powder
  10. You need 1 tsp of garam masala
  11. You need 1 of capsicum chopped
  12. You need 1/2 cup of frozen peas
  13. It’s 1 tsp of salt
  14. It’s 2 tsp of lemon juice
  15. Prepare 3 tsp of coriander leaves
  16. Prepare handful of fried onions
Step to make Yellow Masala Rice:
  1. First prepare all ingredients as this will be quick stir fry.Heat oil in a pan,then add in cuminseeds, onions and chillies saute few minutes
  2. Now add in turmeric, red chilli powder,garam masala and salt saute few minutes,now add chopped tomato and salt cook till tomatoes softened.
  3. Now add rice and toss it up well.now add lemon juice and some fried onions and again toss it up.garnish as you like but serve hot and enjoy this quick meal from leftover rice.
