  4. Prepare 1 1/2 tsp of oil
  5. Prepare 8-10 of Curry leaves
Step to make Salty Masala Peanut:
  1. At first sprinkle few drops of water on peanut
  2. Now in a pan add oil. Heat it up.
  3. Add asafoetida, curry leaves and peanut And stir it well. Now add salt and red chilli powder and allow it to mix well. Stir fry them on a low flame for 2-3 minute
  4. Remove the curry leaves if you want, And here the salted masala peanut is ready to eat.
