  7. Prepare 1 of * Nutmeg

  9. Prepare 1 of Plain flour
  10. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsp of Vegetable oil

Step to make Lotus Root and Minced Meat Teriyaki with Aromatic Shiso:
  1. Slice the lotus root into 5 mm thickness and soak in water to remove the bitternes Pat dry.
  2. Shred or finely chop the shiso leave
